LSHK Outstanding Thesis Award

香港語言學學會 傑出學位論文獎

LSHK invites nomination for the annual LSHK Outstanding Thesis Award. The award is given to any outstanding thesis which contributes to any area in linguistics.

There are five categories of the award:

  • M.A. thesis
  • M.Phil. thesis
  • Other Master’s thesis
  • PhD. thesis
  • Other Doctorate thesis

Only students enrolled at local tertiary education institutions are eligible. The Chief Supervisor must be a regular staff member at a local tertiary education institution and an LSHK member to be eligible to nominate his/her students. The nomination must be made by the Chief Supervisor. No supervisor should submit more than one nomination per category in any year.

​Winners of the awards will give presentations of their works at the LSHK Annual Research Forum.
